Jail Notarizations
I understand it’s not easy when a document needs to be signed and your loved one is incarcerated. From 1 document to 20 documents, there is no job too big or small. I am happy to extend a helping hand to those who need beloved inmates to successfully sign and notarize various documents while they are currently incarcerated.
*Please note, as a notary professional I do not need to make an appointment to meet with an inmate. I can visit an inmate the same day you call, or we can schedule a date & time. Additionally, I will meet with the inmate for signature - you do NOT have to be present if you choose.
Common documents requiring notarization, including but not limited to:
(General) Power of Attorney
Temporary Custody of Minors
Vehicle Release Authorization
Loan/Real Estate Documents
Inability to Appear (Marriage)
Dissolutions of Marriage
& many more!
Additional services I can provide:
Mobile document pick-up
Document printing
Document scanning
Document shipping
Document drop-off
Appointment Requirements:
Payment will be due either before appointment or upon arrival prior to the signing.
All documents that require notarization MUST be completed in their entirety before my arrival (exclusing signatures).
If the notarization does not take place for any reason, I will refund a portion of the fee (inmate refuses, or a situation arises at the facility that prevents me from completing the notarization).
Fees:
$150 - $250
